Office Admin and Sales Support (Phuket)

Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 1 position

Location : Phuket(thalang)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 09:00 - 18:00

Responsible

  • Check listings available on the internal search (30 listings per day).
  • Update database in the system (in case there are mistakes in listings).
  • Deal with walk-in customers/landlord/Developer and phone calls, record their details and requirements, Provide information and forward to Sales or Rentals manager.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to process company bill payments, send accounting documents, and create internal documents.
  • Translation work as required by management.
  • Prepare documents to request to be an authorized representative for project sales and contact Developers/landlord to gather project details and send information to relevant departments in Bangkok.
  • HR process (provide information for HR in BKK for new employees or the one who resigned).
  • Property management service: Check out process and Dealing with client/owners issue during time of staying.
  • Minimum 20 viewings with pictures and videos during viewings.
  • Move-in process included: (Furniture inventory, Damages inventory, Juristic office registration) - for foreign SPRVs (SPRV will pay for it and depending on KPI achievement will be reimbursed some part or all).
  • Viewing process included: Prepare key from juristic, Open an unit for foreigner SPRVs (SPRV will pay for it and depending on KPI achievement will be reimbursed some part or all).
  • For sale deals property transfer in the land department.

More qualification

  • Thai national with excellent command of written and spoken english. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge of Phuket.
  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), knowledge of CRM system is a bonus
  • Basic understanding of accounting.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, diligent, capable to multi-task, reliable, good communicator
  • Highly motivated, courteous, service-minded and well presented.
